Founded by Lorie Ann Publicover, a former log home builder and project manager turned Residential Design Technologist, the business was born from a passion for the design process and the joy of helping homeowners visualize the full potential of their space. With a collaborative, client-first approach, Creative Axis Drafting focuses on creating designs that feel good, flow well, and reflect each client’s unique lifestyle and needs.

Based on Vancouver Island, Creative Axis Drafting offers residential drafting services for renovations, additions, custom tiny homes, carriage houses, log & timber builds, and more. Services include 2D and 3D design plans, permit-ready construction drawings, renderings, video fly-throughs, along with full behind-the-scenes support, including coordination with engineers, surveyors, and local municipalities.
